The Belousov-Zhabotinsky (BZ) reaction is a fascinating example of an oscillating chemical reaction, where the system repeatedly cycles between different states. You might recognize this reaction from the logo of an amazing Youtube channel NileRed.

I Did It!
Quick update from last week: I ran a half marathon at Angkor Wat! I couldn't have asked for better weather—cool and crisp all morning, which made the run really enjoyable.
Any runners here? This race has me seriously considering tackling my first full marathon next year. I’m eyeing the San Francisco one in July… decisions, decisions!
