This Week's Highlight
I love coding physics simulations and the double pendulum is no exception—a great example of a chaotic system.
A chaotic system is a system where small changes in how it starts can lead to completely different movements. Even though it follows basic rules like gravity, it’s so sensitive that it’s almost impossible to predict what will happen after a while. That’s what makes it so interesting—it shows how even simple systems can be unpredictable.
Bringing Code to Life
Attention, pen plotter enthusiasts!
Golan Levin has released the p5.plotSvg library, a tool that works with p5.js to create SVG files specifically for devices like the AxiDraw pen-plotter. If you're looking to turn your code into physical artwork, this is definitely worth exploring!

Thanksgiving is almost here, and for those who celebrate, Happy Thanksgiving!
I still remember my first Thanksgiving back in 2006, shortly after moving to the US. I was amazed by the incredible spread of food on the table—it seemed impossible for even a large group to finish it all. Little did I know, the leftovers would carry us through a week of turkey sandwiches! 😋
I love the spirit of Thanksgiving—sharing gratitude and appreciation. I want to take this opportunity to thank you for being part of my journey this year. It’s been an amazing year full of growth, creativity, exploration, and friendships. I’m excited for all that’s ahead in the coming year and hope you’ll continue to follow along and be part of it!
By the way, what is your favorite thanksgiving food? Mine has to be stuffing, hands down.
Until next week!
